First, I will probably switch between swedish and english in this blogs. There are so many nice food-blogs out there and sometimes I miss good translations to a swedish cooking environment. Then the recipes will be in swedish I think with swedish measurments.

One thing that I would like to have is small sets of rum, brandy etc for baking. Not those tiny samples that exist for gifts? airplanes? but large enough to last a couple of cakes at least.

The other thing I would like is tests/ reviews about which red/ white wine, brandy etc that fits best when you are cooking with said thing. Is it true that it doesn’t matter? Did anyone ever did some extensive research to it (not just compare random cheap wine to random expensive wine)?
